1.2 Booking & Order Information

When you make a court booking or shop order, we collect:

• Booking details (venue, court, date, time, amount)
• Shipping address (for orders)
• Payment status and transaction references

1.3 Location Information

With your permission, we collect your approximate location to show you nearby venues and courts. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.

1.4 Activity Information

We collect information about how you use the app, including:

• Games created or joined
• Tournaments entered
• Players followed
• Messages sent within the app

1.5 Device Information

We collect device tokens to send you push notifications. You can turn off notifications at any time in your device settings.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Venue owners — see your name and booking details for reservations at their courts
• Stripe — processes payments securely. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy
• Supabase — our database and authentication provider. Data is stored on encrypted servers
• Other players — your public profile (name, city, skill level, photo) is visible to other users in the app
• Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect our rights

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your profile and personal information
• Your bookings and order history
• Your messages and game activity
• Your wallet balance and transaction history

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — update your information at any time from your profile settings
• Deletion — delete your account and all associated data from within the app (Profile → Delete account) or by emailing us
• Opt out — disable location access or push notifications at any time in your device settings

6. Security

All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Your data is stored on Supabase's secure, encrypted infrastructure. We do not store payment card details — all payment processing is handled by Stripe.

7. Children's Privacy

Padel Mate is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Third-Party Services

Our app uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing
• Google Maps — venue location and distance

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
